21 Breast Salute Tour Dates...
  

It is our intention to have the work travel through out the area, making stops at several locations.  The sculpture will be sold by Silent Auction, soliciting bids at each location.  Please note the following dates.  Stop by, take a look...place a bid or make a donation.  All monies raised through donations and the final sale of the artwork will benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure.  Please feel free to call Lisa @ (757)636-1140 for additional information, times and/or directions to the venues.  We hope to see you there!

September 5-12th, 2008-  d'Art Center, Norfolk, VA

September 16th (TENTATIVE DATE)- Pink Martini Night, Kincaid's in Norfolk

September 26-28th- d'Art Center Annual Gala Auction

October 1st- Survivors Luncheon, The Sandler Center, Virginia Beach

October 3-10th- Olde Towne Art, Portsmouth, VA First Fridays Event & Reception

October 18th- Race for the Cure, Virginia Beach

October 20-30th- Sentara Obici Hospital, Suffolk, VA

About The Silent Auction...

You may place a bid at one of the above locations while the work is on exhibit or contact Lisa Melita @ 636-1140.  Please make sure to provide complete information on the accompanying bid sheet.  You will be contacted to verify your bid information.  The winning bidder will be determined by the close of the exhibit on 10-31-08.  The winner of the auction will be contacted by phone and instructed on the remittance of donation/payment to Susan G. Komen for the Cure.  Remittance must be made within 5 days of the auction's close.   Neither the artist nor the venue will retain any of the sales price as compensation.  100% of the sales price will go to Komen.

You may also show your support of our project by making a 21 Breast Salute Donation to Susan G. Komen for the Cure, or any breast cancer charity of your choice.  Just include "21 Breast Salute" in the memo area of your check or on a note to the charity.
